Long strips of fabric
Long wood dowels
Hot glue gun

Cut long strips of fabric or strands of ribbon that coordinate with your wedding colors. Gather long wood dowels. Warm a hot glue gun; add a small drop of glue near one end of your dowel and wrap the end of a piece of ribbon around it. Continue gluing and wrapping half-inch sections until the ribbon is secure.
